Here's the quick reference list of the documentation typically needed to begin the collection process.  Of course, provide only those that apply to your particular circumstances.

    • Itemized bill
    • Copy of contract / lease agreement
    • Copy of addendum(s)
    • Copy of credit application / of all available
    • Copy of driver's license / paycheck stubs
    • Original check(s)
    • Copy of judgment
    • Copy of promissory notes
    • Copy of invoices
