And the bottom-line is...you get your money. Partial payments are normally accepted only when the debtor signs a promissory note with our office, or post-dated checks are presented to cover the amount due.

U.S. Collections West reports to Credit Data Southwest, a subsidiary of Experian, each account no matter the size.  We will report the details if the account goes unpaid for over 30 days in our office, unless an arrangement for full payment has been made and agreed to.
